Summary

This center city upscale hotel will offer porters and valets that will assist guest in and out of vehicles. The hotel has been designed and construction has been priced for high-end finishes including local artwork and polished marble floors and frosted glass.  This property will also feature room service for guest that do not want to visit the rooftop bar or 2nd floor restaurant. All guests and residents will have access to excellent onsite facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool, gym, and rooftop garden with restaurant and bar.

The focus is to become the highest rated full service hotel in Downtown San Antonio market.  Over the top finishes and friendly customer service is the REM Hospitality way.  Due to its center city location, the expectation is that this property will service a full array of guest from nearby leisure and corporate demand drivers.

Another core focus for this hotel project is; sustainability, efficiency, and eco-friendly solutions.  Beyond the LED lighting and Mitsubishi HVAC system, this property will adopt the following programs:

1. Water Conservation Program

The primary objective of this program is to reduce water wastage by means of water recycling systems. An example of water conversation efforts, Cambria will use the condensate for the purposes of irrigation to the landscaping and rooftop garden.   We will gain efficiencies in energy as well as utilizing the condensation at the same time providing ultimate comfort for our guests.

2. Waste Minimization Programs

This Cambria hotel will be identified as a leading sustainable hotel company by focusing on matters such as waste reduction. Waste minimization may entail a variety of sustainable measures ranging from placing recycling bins in guest rooms to offering guests a linen reuse alternative.  This property will also feature bulk dispensing instead of usings thouosands of personal size shampoo and soap bottles.

Hotels are a combination of real estate and businesses, meaning investors are receiving multiply sourced returns. Coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops are part of this investment, and all generate revenue. Perhaps one of the most significant creative challenges for owners and operators involves the capacity for a boutique hotel to understand and adapt to trends in the market.  REM Hospitality is looking two years out at what’s going to happen in the market and how it potentially affects their hotel assets.  Responsive, Engaged, Motivated.. that's the REM Hospitality way.

FAQ'S

Question: Any special room rate discounts for investors?
Answer: Unfortunately this is not a rewards based crowdfunding platform, therefore most issuers place emphasis on their financial returns and deal structure. With that said, it is not uncommon to see an issuer later offer perks to their investor base after the hotel is open and successfully operating.
